Dr. Joel believes that the most meaningful therapeutic benefit is found in forming honest, open, and unconditionally supportive relationships with his patients. • Large and small airways obstruction diseases (asthma, bronchiectasis, tracheobronchomalacia, COPD)
• Pulmonary fibrosis and auto-immune inflammatory lung diseases (sarcoidosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis)
• Occupational lung diseases (asbestosis, wood smoke pneumoconiosis)
• Multi-system diseases (hematologic malignancy, mast cell activation syndrome)
• Bacterial or viral pneumonias and other atypical infections (mycobacterium avium complex, endemic fungal infection)
• Obesity and sleep apnea related lung diseases
