• Aortic, mitral and tricuspid valve diseases (structural heart disease)
• Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)
• Transcatheter mitral valve repair (Mitraclip)
• Aortic root and aneurysm surgery
• Robotic thoracic surgery for pulmonary disorders
• Minimally invasive esophageal and foregut surgery

Clinical Expertise

Board-certified and fellowship-trained in cardiothoracic surgery, Dr. Patel believes in utilizing the newest techniques to allow his patient’s to live to their best potential. Prior to joining Jupiter Medical Center, he served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at UT Health East Texas and Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
