About Dr. Lee

As medical director of the Thoracic Surgery and Lung Center of Excellence, Dr. Lee leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the chest and lungs. Our expert surgical team uses the latest advances and minimally invasive technology including robotic assisted thoracic surgery and video assisted thoracic surgery.

Dr. Lee and a surgical team performed the first four-arm robotic lobectomy in the nation nearly two decades ago.  He remains a pioneer and leading practitioner of thoracic surgery using minimally-invasive techniques including da Vinciā„¢ robotic technology. 

Dr. Lee has spent many years traveling around the United States as an instructor of robotic thoracic surgery.
